the hotel's proximity to the hospital allowed us to visit our loved ones with ease. We also appreciated the property being situated on a bus route. the rooms were comfortable and had necessary amenities like air conditioning, tea/coffee, and minibar. the staff was very supportive, responsive, and helpful. the breakfast served was satisfying with both cold and hot food options.

Some guests reported issues with the TV and Wi-Fi stability during rainfall, which could be inconvenient.

I absolutely loved the attention to detail at this hotel. From the heated floors to the availability of the aircon, they truly know how to make their guests comfortable. The rooms are equipped with all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic – it made it so easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. We also loved the fact that breakfast was included in the price – it was a great way to start our day!

We did notice a slight smell in the room at first, but it wasn't too strong and we quickly got used to it. , the bathroom sink could have had a mixer tap, rather than separate hot and cold taps.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel as it had the best breakfast, polite and helpful staff, convenient location close to food outlets, and easily accessible transportation. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel is located right on a bus route, making it easier to explore the city.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the bed was comfortable enough to snuggle in with my partner. the room had a beautiful view of the city lights and was located near all the shopping outlets. the pool area was nice to relax in during the day.

The smell of cigarette smoke was too much for us to handle, especially since there was no designated smoking area. Our bathroom sink did not have a mixer tap and the shower only had cold water which was frustrating.
